Raising awareness is at least half of the solution, since it takes the average person 8x to hear about a social issue to act.

Contact your state legislator about the foster care reforms that are being considered. In simple terms, tell them how important it is to you to spend the necessary time and money to provide appropriate support for kinship and foster families and the vulnerable kids they serve.
