Designed for families with children ages 4-18, this story-based program develops emotional intelligence, resilience and curiosity. Freeing Freddie at Home includes a free book, 6 family sessions, and a parent cohort. This 6-week program is being offered free to foster families because of a special grant from Anthem HealthKeepers and the Foster Speciality Health Plan and is administered by the content creators at Free the Mind Co.
